Doug is Ethan's father. He was killed by a Darkseeker mob.
Biography[]
During the early stages of the KV outbreak, Doug and his wife were driving their children, Luke and Ethan, to school along the freeway.
Due to a gridlock on the freeway, the family remained on the road, running out of gas, until sunset. When Doug went out to investigate, armed with his golf club, he was attacked and viciously beaten by a mob of Darkseekers.
A Darkseeker threw a beaten and bleeding Doug across the car's hood. Doug begged his children to flee with his dying breaths.
